Offering the amazing food is the primary requirement to success in the restaurant business.  Poor cooking skill will make customers hate your restaurant. The tip is to hire a great chef. Use what you sell. Make sure you test flavor of your food before  you sell to  your customers
4:License and permit
 
If you want to operate without getting a legal trouble, make sure you get all licenses and permit relevant authority. This include,  Fire certificates etc
